* fix(netlify-cms-ui-default): use grayDark for button

This PR is a fix for
https://github.com/netlify/netlify-cms/issues/1333#issuecomment-998115794
because it changes the background color used by `button` to `grayDark`
so that it is accessible.

Netlify CMS was recently converted from a single npm package to a "monorepo" of over 20 packages. That's over 20 Readme's! We haven't created one for this package yet, but we will soon.
